Agreement & Jurisdiction
By creating a Taskora account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Taskora. Taskora is a product of Avenex Technologies, registered with Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information at signup and keep your profile accurate. Every new account is reviewed by an admin before it can log in; Taskora may approve or reject a signup at its discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Freelancers and companies
Freelancers offer skills and complete jobs posted by companies. Companies post jobs, review applications, and hire freelancers. Both sides agree to deal honestly: a job description, proposal, and delivered work should each accurately represent what is offered or provided.
Jobs, proposals, and escrow
A company sets a budget when posting a job. When a company accepts a freelancer's proposal, that budget is held in escrow. Payout to the freelancer's bank account or wallet is released only once the company accepts the delivered work. Taskora provides the marketplace, escrow, and dispute process that governs it.
Skill verification & AI
Skill badges are earned by passing a timed, proctored assessment. Taskora may withhold a badge if it detects behavior inconsistent with an attempt being your own work. Delivered work may be evaluated by an AI system to produce an advisory report. This report does not decide whether work is accepted; the company makes that decision.
Delivered work and disputes
A company should review delivered work and either accept it or clearly explain what is missing. Either party may raise a dispute on a job whose application was accepted. Taskora reviews the job brief, the delivered work, and the chat history between both parties before resolving a dispute. Taskora's decision is final.
Prohibited conduct & Moderation
You may not: misrepresent your identity, skills, or work; attempt to circumvent escrow; submit someone else's work as your own; harass another user; or attempt to access another's account. Taskora may warn, suspend, or remove an account that violates these terms, at its discretion.
Platform Fees
Posting a job and applying to one are free. Taskora charges a 10% platform fee to both sides of every job paid out through escrow. Freelancers receive 90% of the agreed amount. Companies pay the agreed amount plus a 10% platform fee on top. The exact amounts are shown before a job is accepted.
No warranty & Liability
Taskora provides the marketplace as-is. We do not guarantee that a job will be completed to satisfaction, or that the platform will be free of interruption. Taskora is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Taskora's total liability is limited to the amount actually held in escrow for the relevant job.
